What I can do for you?
I am a creative thinker and problem solver. I believe in working in a ‘can do’ frame of mind. I work closely in cooperation with local governing bodies relative to individual waste disposal issues. My services include but not limited to:  on-site property evaluations for feasibility of septic system applications, soil percolation testing, soil mantles and reporting for property owners, buyers and governmental agencies. I evaluate existing systems that have failed and make recommendations, design additions to handles additional bedrooms, relocate if necessary and design systems for granny flats. I pride myself in being price conscious with a goal to saving you money. I will always promote a win-win solution for all involved, as well as getting the job done efficiently and effectively. What I Can Do For You
As far back as I can remember I used to travel with my dad, Ron Duncan, Registered Environmental Health Specialists and local Environment Consultant, to do perc tests (soil percolation tests)in Amador and Placer Counties. At the time he was working in El Dorado County. Years ago I was an apprentice of sorts as I learned from my father so much about why things were done a certain way, what it meant, and how the results affected the design needs for septic systems, creative solutions for septic repairs and special design systems, rebuilds, remodels and granny flats. Though I found it all fascinating I drove my career by earning a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance. Since graduating from California State University in Sacramento I have worked in some aspect of construction. I continued my education by earning a General B Contractor's License # 877809 and a Specialty Classification for Sanitation C-42. By doing so I could compliment my father’s consultant business, as well as provide an independent service to our local community property owners. I know El Dorado County well, having lived here since I was 3 years of age. Working with my father Ron Duncan over the past many years, I feel I can provide a service that is fairly priced, with little lead time, and with my relationship with a septic system designer who can assist with necessary modifications and exceptions that may become necessary I can save you money and time. I look forward to hearing from you regarding your septic installation needs. READ MORE
